Head of Client Delivery

We are hiring a Head of Client Delivery to lead and scale our Client Delivery function while acting as a senior technical project manager on our most important client project implementations.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in B2B SaaS, is technically fluent in APIs, SDKs, and event-driven architectures, and can confidently bridge commercial, product, and engineering conversations. They will set delivery standards, improve repeatability, reduce risk, and champion client outcomes while maintaining deep enthusiasm for the White Label Loyalty platform and its potential.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale the Client Delivery function, defining delivery standards and improving repeatability across client implementations.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of client onboarding and loyalty programme launch projects.
  • Translate client business requirements into structured loyalty programme designs using the platform.
  • Collaborate with technical colleagues to guide client integrations, including APIs and SDKs.
  • Take strategic ownership of the company's client delivery function, including improving processes, tooling, and delivery frameworks.
  • Plan for and lead the hiring and development of additional Client Delivery team members as the company scales.
  • Manage and mentor Client Delivery team members.
  • Coordinate across commercial, client success, and engineering teams to align requirements, processes, and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Identify and mitigate delivery risks while improving implementation quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure successful client launches and drive strong long-term platform adoption.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in B2B SaaS client delivery or technical project management.
  • Technically fluent in APIs, SDKs, and event-driven architectures.
  • Ability to bridge commercial, product, and engineering conversations.
  • Experience scaling delivery teams and defining delivery standards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
